Thurs 13 June, 10:30-12:00 BST

Never has personal resilience been so crucial for leaders in business as it is today. From a global to a personal level, no aspect of our lives has been left unchallenged by the change and uncertainty of the past few years.

Juggling the pressure to stay true to yourself while also delivering what the business needs, in reality, can feel like a tug of war. When your team and clients are looking to you for guidance and leadership, and you find yourself responding to multiple and often conflicting demands, the ability to face reality, improvise solutions and identify a path forward is paramount. Personal resilience is the quality that will help you move from survival mode to truly thriving, giving you the flexibility and courage to navigate difficult times with confidence.
