A confident project manager will skilfully blend their people and organisational skills to get results that satisfy both clients and colleagues, and your bottom line. Great project management taps into the right resources at the right time and and calls on you to be agile, flexible, and customer-focused.

In two in-depth online sessions focused on practical learning, we will share a best practice approach to project management you can apply to projects of any size, virtually or in person, as well as methods and techniques to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball. This course focuses on putting the client (internal or external) at the heart of your team, maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of your communications both internally and externally to drive client project success.
