Great design does not happen by chance – it is orchestrated. It takes more than creative talent to deliver real impact. Strong design leadership, aligned teams, effective processes and confidence in quality are what turn ideas into outcomes.

Join us for this one-hour taster webinar to explore the thinking behind PARK’s Master Design Orchestration programme in partnership with DBA. You will gain practical insight into how to lead design teams more effectively, shape processes that support creativity, and manage design quality with greater clarity and confidence. Too often, design teams lack a shared purpose, processes do not fit the business context, and quality is left open to subjective interpretation. The result is inconsistency, missed opportunities and design that falls short of its potential. In today’s fast-moving and complex environment, design leaders need to do more than oversee delivery. They need to orchestrate how teams perform, how work gets done, and how quality is understood and achieved.

In this webinar, we will focus on three essential areas for mastering design orchestration:

  • Leading high-performing design teams through shared purpose and strong leadership.

  • Building a repeatable professional design process that fits your business context.

  • Demystifying design quality to help ensure just-right solutions.

This webinar covers:
