Tues 4 Nov, 12:30-1:30pm GMT

As a design leader, you're expected to contribute more than craft. You need to influence strategy, align cross functional teams, champion the customer and demonstrate tangible business value. It’s no longer enough to deliver great experiences; you have a responsibility to connect them to outcomes that matter to the business.

Design leadership today demands the ability to bridge gaps between teams, between priorities and between the language of design and the language of business. To lead effectively, you need to make the value of design visible, understood, and trusted. In this one-hour taster webinar, we’ll explore what it takes to lead design at a more strategic level. We’ll share sharp insights and real-world tactics across three core areas: storytelling that engages and influences; expanding design’s organisational reach, and confidently forecasting business value to secure investment and buy-in. Whether you're navigating stakeholder resistance or working to elevate design's role in your business, this session will give you the confidence to lead with greater clarity, authority, and impact.
